The latest skating program applications are now posted for Spring 2008. These will be offered at the Ice Den in Hooksett beginning April 13. Click on the links below to get the information and download the forms today! Welcome to the one stop shop on getting the forms you need!
The applications are in MS Word or PDF formats.

Check out the Ice Availability page for times, dates, and arenas.

To save the form to print later:
1.  Right click on the application and select "Open in new window".
2.  Select File then Save As. Pick the folder and name the file.
To print the form:
1.  Right click on the application and select "Open in new window".
2.  Select File then Print.
